We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our hardware and software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in product development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

The Product Engineering Manager will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end product architecture and requirements. This includes aligning software, mechanical, and electrical teams, ensuring integration readiness, and leading the design and implementation of hardware and software engineering functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading technical documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Tracking and managing product milestones, activities, tasks, and changes through formal systems
  • Providing regular updates to teams, stakeholders, and the broader business on progress, issues, and risks

Requirements for this role include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • 12+ years of experience in hardware and software product development, with significant leadership exposure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
