Expert Telephony Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Telephony Specialist to join our team. As a Twilio Flex expert, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, deploying, and managing telephony, call center, and AI technologies across the enterprise.
About the Job:- This is a specialized role that requires expertise in telephony systems, processes, and staff optimization.
- You will be responsible for managing telephony and call center technology across the enterprise, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize IVR, ACD, and dialer systems using high-tech methodologies.
- Design, develop, deploy, and manage telephony, call center, and AI technologies.
- Utilize contact center expertise with Genesys, Alvaria/Aspect, AWS, NICE/INContact, Five9, Nuance, Twilio (TwiML, Studio, and Flex), BrightPattern, and WFM systems.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in telephony, call center, and AI technologies.
- Twilio Flex Skills: Proficiency in Twilio Flex (Cloud platform) and ReactJS.
- Additional Skills: Desired skills include Cisco, CVP Call STudio/ICM Scripting, SQL, Python, CUCM, HTML/CSS, and Applications Development.
