As our Head of Information Security, you will establish and maintain the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an information security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of security architectures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption solutions, and other security technologies.
  • Lead the development and execution of security awareness and training programs for all employees.
  • Direct the identification, assessment, and mitigation of security risks across all aspects of our operations.
  • Monitor and analyse security incidents and breaches, and coordinate incident response activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security requirements into business processes and systems development life cycles.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in cybersecurity.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 7+ years of experience in information security roles, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive information security programs.
  • Deep understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management, security operations, and incident response.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
