Senior Communication Systems Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Communication Systems Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will design, develop, and implement high-speed communication protocol-based solutions using industry-standard design flows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing high-speed communication protocols and implementing them in RTL design, coding, and test bench architecture.
  • Executing FPGA design flow, setting timing constraints, and fixing timing issues to ensure efficient system performance.
  • Integrating existing IPs into the overall system design to develop innovative solutions and validate them on hardware kits.
  • Establishing schedules and managing multiple project deadlines while adhering to quality standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in developing high-speed communication protocols and IP development.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing RTL code, as well as creating test bench architecture and test plans for functional verification.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design flows and ability to execute FPGA design flow.
  • Strong understanding of timing constraints and ability to fix timing issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
