Aptitude Coach

A talented Quantitative Aptitude Coach is required to deliver engaging sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to assess students' performance.
• Mentor and guide students to enhance their problem-solving speed and accuracy.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized support as needed.
• Track students' progress through regular assessments and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure students are adequately prepared for competitive exams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.
• Problem-solving mindset with patience to mentor diverse learners.
• Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is an asset.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Prior experience as a Quantitative Aptitude Coach / Faculty / Coach is preferred.
• Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
