Odoo Development Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team as an integral part of our Odoo development unit. As an engineer in this role, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying modules on the Odoo platform.

This position requires proficiency in Odoo versions 16, 17, and 18, including module development, customization, and integration. A strong understanding of Odoo's ORM framework, Python, and QWeb templates is also essential.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and customizing Odoo modules tailored to Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to understand LIMS-specific requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing or integrating LIMS systems and knowledge of laboratory workflows, including sample management, testing, and compliance.

You'll also need strong command of Python for Odoo development, experience with JavaScript, XML, and HTML/CSS for front-end customization, familiarity with PostgreSQL for database management, and experience with RESTful APIs and third-party tool integrations.

In this role, you'll prepare technical documentation, provide training to end-users, and participate in team meetings to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.

A successful candidate will be able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
