Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the overall activities of a designated area.

  • The incumbent will be tasked with managing entire operations, supervising investigations and field verifications, as well as conducting sample verification and borrower visits.
  • Additionally, they will monitor RCU agencies, mitigate risks associated with outsourced processes, and maintain and share management information systems (MIS) at approved intervals.
  • The ideal candidate will also ensure the sanctity of reported data, conduct audits to verify process compliance, and manage projects related to core risk infrastructure, tools, systems, and data.
  • Furthermore, they will stay up-to-date with the latest fraud trends and provide updates to relevant departments within the organization.
