**Picker/Packer Job Responsibilities:**

Pulls and packs products according to daily orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensures customer orders are met with accuracy and precision.
Maintains neat and organized storage areas to ensure continuous productivity.
Monitors product quality and reports any issues to prevent safety concerns.
Operates various equipment such as Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks.
Reports any mechanical problems to the maintenance team.
Adopts a continuous improvement mindset to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safety protocols.
Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe working environment.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
