About the Role

As a Client Growth Partner, you'll manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, deepening engagement, increasing AUM, and ensuring they stay informed about their portfolio performance and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 80-100 clients with a current aggregate AUM of ₹100-150 Cr, with potential to scale up to ₹300-350 Cr
  • Conduct quarterly video reviews with each client to discuss portfolio performance, benchmark comparisons, and address queries
  • Maintain regular digital engagement to provide timely updates, resolve inquiries, and ensure seamless communication
  • Drive portfolio growth by initiating SIPs and securing additional capital commitments to expand client wallet share
  • Analyze client portfolios and recommend optimization strategies in line with our investment philosophy
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of sales or advisory roles experience in financial services like Banks, NBFC's & AMCs
  • Good academic credentials, such as an MBA from a top B-school, CFA Level 2/3, or CA
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong alignment toward sales and client relationship management
  • Deep knowledge of financial markets & investment products like MFs, PMS & AIF
  • Ability to explain complex investment methodology to clients in simple terms
  • High ownership and strong stakeholder management skills (both internal and external)
