As a seasoned professional in taxation and compliance, you will be responsible for managing tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and income tax returns. Your expertise in statutory compliances, tax laws, and regulations will be crucial in ensuring our organization's financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review tax-related documents, including audits, transfers, and income tax returns.
- Conduct thorough research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Represent our organization before tax authorities, presenting cases and submissions.
- Advise on tax-efficient compensation planning for employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in taxation, compliance, and audit.
- Proficient in Income Tax Law, computation, tax audits, and transfer pricing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
