Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Privacy Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, embedding, and monitoring data protection and privacy compliance in accordance with SBI Card policies and procedures and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align business processes and operational practices to ensure data protection and privacy compliance
  • Review controls to inform, advise, and issue recommendations to the business regarding data protection and privacy
  • Facilitate periodic data protection impact assessments
  • Support data incident response and data breach notification procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Industry-standard certifications such as DCPP (DSCI Certified Privacy Professional), DSCI Certified Privacy Lead Assessor (DCPLA)
  • Understanding of regulatory data privacy compliance, information security or audit background
  • Knowledge of standard security processes and guidelines
  • PCI-DSS, ISO27001, and audit management experience
