Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Contracts Manager to join our team at Isprava. As a key member of our contracts department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction contracts across all trades, including civil, MEP, and finishes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contract management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze financial aspects of projects to ensure budget compliance and cost control. You will collaborate with project management teams for effective site execution, develop and maintain vendor relationships, and conduct pre- and post-contract activities, including documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee construction contracts across all trades.
