Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual as a Placement and Program Associate. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a related field and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating placements, engaging with employers, conducting research, managing data, and tracking projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build industry connections for student placements, organize interviews, and coordinate campus hiring.
  • Track public policy job trends and share insights with placements and academics teams.
  • Cultivate relationships with employers and collaborate with academic departments to align placements with industry needs.
  • Maintain updated records of employer contacts and student files.
  • Assist in planning student events, workshops, and career sessions, handling logistics and scheduling.
  • Keep organized placement records, compile reports, and track metrics using MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Identify new placement opportunities, expand industry connections, and represent the Career Fulfilment on social media.
  • Manage and oversee the institution's Learning Management System (LMS) and related software, ensuring effective functionality for students, faculty, and teaching assistants.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in public policy or a Master's degree in business management is preferred.
  • Experience with public policy placements is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to deal with large datasets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must be a team player with a collaborative spirit and self-motivation to initiate and support hiring events.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, networking, and presentation skills.
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
