We are looking for a proactive and creatively-driven Social Media professional to take full ownership of our social media presence.

This role involves planning, creating, executing, and managing content that drives brand engagement, builds community, and positions us as a thought leader in real estate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and manage monthly content calendars across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Align content strategy with marketing goals, product updates, campaigns, and launches.
  • Content Creation & Execution
  • Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to create compelling posts, reels, stories, and videos.
  • Write sharp, engaging copies for posts, captions, and campaign creatives.
  • Coordinate shoots or source assets from internal teams when needed.
  • Channel Management
  • Own end-to-end management of social platforms: posting, scheduling, responding, monitoring.
  • Track engagement, reach, performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
  • Stay updated with platform trends and adapt content formats accordingly.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing/management (agency or brand side).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with content planning, creative briefing, and scheduling tools (like Buffer, Later, Notion, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
