As an electrical engineer, you will be responsible for designing printed circuit boards that meet the needs of the oil and gas industry. With a focus on electronic circuit design, circuit simulation, and PCBA testing, this role requires expertise in analog and digital electronics, as well as proficiency in software such as PSpice, LTSpice, and Cadence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop printed circuit boards for oil and gas applications
  • Perform circuit simulation using PSpice, LTSpice, and Cadence
  • Test and troubleshoot PCBA using mixed-signal electronics
  • Rework and repair PCBs, with a focus on grounding and shielding to prevent EMI/EMC issues
  • Work with microcontrollers and FPGAs to develop innovative solutions

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and experience working in the oil and gas industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering or a related field and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

A strong understanding of electronic circuit design, circuit simulation, and PCBA testing is essential, as well as proficiency in software such as PSpice, LTSpice, and Cadence.

Additionally, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly is crucial.

Experience working in the oil and gas industry is highly desirable, but not required.
