We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to develop and manage engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating compelling and customer-focused content across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement visually appealing content strategies that drive engagement and support business objectives.
- Lead the design and development of eCommerce platform visuals, ensuring they reflect the brand's aesthetic and meet marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies.
- Manage multiple projects, providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed.
- Stay updated on emerging design tools, technologies, and best practices to deliver high-quality collateral quickly and efficiently.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with strong proficiency in English.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
- Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and collaborating with teams.
