Job Title: Functional Consultant CRM TOSCA

Location: Pune

Experience: 6-10 years

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Work Mode: Hybrid

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

MS Dynamic CRM + TOSCA are mandatory for this role. We need immediate joiners who can start by the 20th of September.

Candidates will be responsible for testing, documenting, and configuring MS CRM Sales Service and Marketing modules. They must have strong knowledge of MS CRM configuration and experience in implementing full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with the development team to provide better understanding of business user needs and resolving queries related to requirements
  • Documenting business requirements and reviewing them with business and technology teams to obtain customer acceptance
  • Working on Agile or Waterfall approach depending on business requirements
  • Developing acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios with business users
  • Configuring SSRS reporting services and application integrations with MS CRM

Desirable skills include:

  • Knowledge and understanding of Customer Engagement, including Field Services and Project Service Automation
  • Basic knowledge of Power Platform, Power Apps, Flow, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 Common Data Model
