Job Title: Tech Lead

As a seasoned tech lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of our enterprise-level web and mobile applications.

You will be responsible for leading the engineering team to integrate web and mobile clients, vendors, and review panels to identify recommendations for the appropriate technical, business, and human factors solutions.

To achieve this goal, you will develop and maintain web-enabled capabilities and custom applications while maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties.

Additionally, you will keep current with emerging web technologies and work closely with the engineering team to build consensus on project goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of demonstrable experience working with applications and demonstrable experience working with ReactJS in the frontend.
  • Experience working with Github/Git.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Agile Development process.
  • Strong knowledge of database and information architecture using PostgreSQL, with web application integration.
  • Skilled in working with groups to build consensus.
