Job Title: Creative Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our creative team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of our marketing efforts.

  • Your primary focus will be on developing strategic partnerships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering high-quality creative solutions across various platforms.
  • You will work closely with our content partners to generate new concepts and ideas, and collaborate with the Account Management team to create compelling case studies for award entries, partnerships, and pitches.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership
  • You will decode client briefs alongside the Account Management team, develop brand strategy and execution plans based on these briefs, and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • As part of our mid-size campaign briefs, you will attend meetings with the Account Management team and pitch campaigns to clients alongside them.
Creative Excellence
  • You will produce innovative content that resonates with our target audience, experiment with novel content formats, and explore new trends and insights for client pitches, briefs, and partnerships.
  • Collaborating with functional teams, you will execute client briefs effectively, working closely with arts, graphics, video, and production teams to co-create engaging content.
Required Skills:
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of creatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and digital media.
  • Experience with campaign development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
