We are seeking an experienced and innovative Data Architect to join our team. As a seasoned professional in the field of data engineering, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying robust data platforms and AI systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/ML and data engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable AI systems in production environments. You should also be proficient in modern data platforms and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, Flink, Airflow, and Kafka.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with technical and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into a clear technical vision and roadmap.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and deploy robust and reliable data platforms and AI systems, including foundational data pipelines, lakes, and real-time data streams.
  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models from experimentation and feature engineering to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in production (MLOps).
  • Mentor junior engineers, set best practices, and perform code reviews to ensure high-quality and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into a clear technical vision and roadmap.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, machine learning, and data engineering to introduce new technologies and methodologies that enhance capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML and data engineering.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable AI systems in production environments with expertise in MLOps principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in modern data platforms and tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Apache Spark, Flink, Airflow, and Kafka.
  • Strong command of major ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience with large language models and generative AI technologies is highly desirable.
  • Expert-level proficiency in key programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
