Looking for a creative professional to establish and evolve the visual identity of our brand across all touchpoints, from digital interfaces and marketing materials to video content, print collateral, and beyond.

The ideal candidate will be the creative force behind our visual language, working across disciplines to ensure every pixel, frame, and printed piece reflects our innovation and expertise.

This role is not just about creating stunning visuals, but also about producing or orchestrating video content that brings our platform to life.

We need someone who can build design's influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams, advocate for design in business conversations, and push back when the easy answer isn't the right one.

The successful candidate will establish Beacon as a visual leader in the enterprise AI space, develop and maintain our complete visual language system across all mediums, and design and produce high-quality marketing materials.

Key responsibilities include owning the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videos, ensuring brand consistency across every customer touchpoint, and collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of visual design experience, a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact work, and a proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companies.

Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery, background in both digital and traditional design mediums, and strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems are essential.

Bonus points for experience with emerging design technologies, motion graphics, and animation skills.
