Role Summary

This is an exceptional opportunity to spearhead user and merchant growth throughout the entire lifecycle. You will design campaigns that scale app downloads, enhance stickiness, drive merchant acquisition through intelligent targeting, and optimize funnel efficiency.

We seek a strategic professional who can plan across multiple channels and execute tasks with hands-on expertise, including tweaking budgets, building landing pages, or crafting CRM workflows when required. The ideal candidate understands that top-performing marketers build cohort-led, insight-driven, full-funnel machines.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee paid campaigns (Google, Meta, UAC, ASA)
  • Drive app installations, sign-ups, merchant acquisition, and engagement
  • Create lifecycle journeys (email, push, in-app) to boost LTV and reduce churn
  • RUN A/B tests, segment users, and personalize communication
  • Track and optimize CAC, LTV, retention, CPA, ROAS
  • Maintain agency relationships and manage budgets with hands-on execution capability

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in growth/performance/lifecycle marketing
  • Experience across both B2C and B2B funnels
  • Proficiency in tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, HubSpot, MoEngage, VWO
  • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
  • Fintech/app/payments background is highly valued
