Senior Software Requirements Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Requirements Specialist to drive our product roadmap. This full-time remote role will work closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful iteration management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Translate business needs into comprehensive functional specifications
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users
  • Oversight of product requirement implementation and iteration
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Product Analyst in software or SaaS environments
  • Proven expertise in writing clear and comprehensive requirements and functional specs
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
  • Proven experience in iteration management and working with product teams
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
