Book Typesetter

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team, specializing in book typesetting and page layout design using Adobe InDesign. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pagination/typesetting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle typesetting for books using Adobe InDesign (Mac/Windows).
• Work on Adobe Acrobat, PDF technologies, and printer file creation.
• Interpret typesetting terminologies, proof markings, and specifications.
• Implement revision corrections, book compilation, and preflighting.
• Work with XML workflow and customer instructions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in pagination/typesetting.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, and PitStop.
• Understanding of proof markings and layout specifications.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
