Industrial Design Lead

Drive the future of smart energy solutions by leading end-to-end industrial design for next-generation meters and devices. You will define minimalist, brand-consistent designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, cost efficiency, and reliability.

This role involves customer-centric research, market insight, and cutting-edge design leadership to shape products that are distinctive, user-friendly, and aligned with our brand identity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth field visits with utilities and stakeholders to identify real-world pain points.
  • Translate insights into a comprehensive Design Requirements Document for product development.
  • Lead the industrial design of 1-phase and 3-phase LT/HT meters and rack-mounted devices.
  • Define a minimalist, brand-consistent design language that delivers on aesthetics, functionality, cost, and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in industrial design with high-volume electronic or hardware products.
  • Proven track record of translating customer and market insights into successful, user-centric product designs.
  • Strong expertise in field research, usability studies, requirement gathering, and manufacturing processes.
