We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing technical expertise in the implementation and configuration of SAP systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on functional experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP, as well as a strong understanding of basic functionalities such as New G/L, TDS, GST, Asset Accounting, APP, etc.

The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive, creative, and have a can-do attitude. They will also have strong analytical, incident resolution, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make quality decisions quickly. In addition, they will have good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and be able to develop strong interpersonal communication and user support management skills.

In terms of qualifications, the candidate should have a graduation or post-graduation degree in a relevant field, such as BCOM, BE/BTech, MBA/PGDM/MCA/MTech. A CWA/CA Final qualification is also desirable. Furthermore, the candidate should have at least 4-6 years of experience in the SAP FICO module, with a minimum of 2 implementations either in ECC or S/4 HANA, or experience in at least 2-3 support projects. Experience in S/4 HANA would be preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a competitive salary range based on industry standards and location.
