Job Opportunity: Risk Model Specialist

In our lending environment, we are seeking a skilled professional to design and deploy risk systems from scratch. This individual will build models for unsecured personal loans, drive data-backed decision making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop risk models for unsecured personal loans, including scorecards and early warning systems.
  • Design and deploy risk systems from scratch to support lending operations.
  • Drive data-driven decision making, reporting, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with tech, product, and ops teams to integrate risk models into workflows.
  • Contribute to automation workflows and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Risk Analyst in the lending space.
  • Strong knowledge of lending processes and unsecured personal loans.
  • Proficient in Python, SQL, PowerBI, and Excel for analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and digital lending practices.
  • Ability to work with limited data or proxy indicators to make informed decisions.
