Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial reporting and accounting function, driving process excellence and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, and reporting in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Manage journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for audits, compliance, and financial analysis requirements.
  • Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and control frameworks adherence.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance management for the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting processes including GL, closing & reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and drive performance.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Chartered Accountant degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 10–14 years of experience with at least 4–5 years in financial reporting and team leadership.
  • Prior exposure to shared services / global finance operations is highly desirable.
