About the Job

We're seeking a Senior Meta Ads Manager to lead our international client accounts and drive growth through data-driven advertising.

  • We plan and execute end-to-end Meta ad strategies with a focus on ROI.
  • The ideal candidate will independently manage international client accounts, ensuring strong communication and consistent results.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing ad creatives, launching campaigns, monitoring performance, and making data-backed adjustments.
  • Allocating ad spend strategically is crucial to maximize returns.
  • We track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.
  • Our team continuously tests creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance.
  • The role involves delivering clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment.
Requirements
  • The successful candidate will have 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) at scale.
  • A strong background in managing international clients is essential, particularly those with experience in the Australian market.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools is required.
  • Ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution, is key.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English are necessary.
