Music Synchronization Specialist

Hermit Poems LLC is a global indie label dedicated to underground music. We are seeking a passionate Music Synchronization Specialist to join our team on a freelance/contract basis with potential for a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pitch our diverse catalogue to music supervisors and advertising agencies worldwide.
  • Build relationships with music professionals globally, including supervisors, creative directors, and producers.
  • Track and manage pitches, leads, and placements for optimal results.
  • Explore secondary business opportunities for catalogue songs.
  • Stay ahead of sync trends and industry needs in entertainment and advertising.
  • Provide regular reporting on activity and revenue opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in securing sync placements and building supervisor relationships.
  • Skilled in coordinating music submissions and developing sync strategies.
  • Strong research abilities for identifying potential sync opportunities.
  • Contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Familiarity with the global underground music scene is a plus.
