We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Communication Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups through effective communication.

Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is also necessary. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to handle patients with care are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls from patients regarding inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information dissemination about hospital services and doctor availability.
  • Update and maintain accurate call records and CRM systems.
  • Foster collaboration with front office and clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
  • Provide empathetic and courteous communication to all patients.

Excellent communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, English)
