Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is between ₹1,500,000 - ₹3,000,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Dot Net Developer at NCS India Delivery Center (IDC), you will be responsible for client interactions at various levels of business users and IT administrators. Your tasks will include conducting requirements gathering, gap analysis, documentation, user story creation, and user story grooming. You will also guide development teams in bespoke developments and configurations, perform business validations, support clients during UAT and go-live, and participate in Scrum discussions.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan requirements workshops and interact with client stakeholders
  • Conduct and drive requirements gathering and gap analysis
  • Design functional solutions, prepare and review documents, including IA, HLSD, and estimations
  • Review test scenarios and perform business validations
  • Provide support during implementation to development teams and client teams
  • Participate and support in User Acceptance Testing and Go-Live preparations
  • Participate in Scrum discussions
  • Support project managers
  • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance of application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues, issue resolution, and/or escalation

You will work closely with other IT teams, subcontractors, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth completion of application batch jobs and implement production changes according to standard operation procedures.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science and at least 4 years of experience in Application/Technical Support. You should be knowledgeable in MS SQL, Dot Net, and AWS. Familiarity with Unix/Linux, Shell scripts, SQL, and Postgres DB is also required. Additionally, you should have knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably Dot Net, Java, C#, or JavaScript Development.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Azure Platform
  • Sharp and tenacious troubleshooting skills, with the ability to take system problems and structure an action plan
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal assistance
  • Very good English proficiency

We are looking for a proactive, self-driven individual who can identify improvements as part of BAU work to address recurring issues, close monitoring gaps, and automate/reduce manual work.
