Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, mentoring junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Strong technical background in software engineering, with hands-on experience in designing and developing backend services.
  • Experience in development of Spring Boot Microservices and Java development is a must.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Cloud-Based platforms, ideally AWS.
  • Working experience with CI/CD deployments and Jenkins.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and debugging customer issues.
  • Good to have experience in software security, security reviews, and secure coding practices.
  • Any experience and understanding in working with AI/ML/predictive models is an added advantage.
