Job Description

As a data professional, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative environment that promotes the growth and development of your colleagues.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, ADF, Synapse Analytics, and Data Lake Storage. You will leverage Microsoft Fabric for unified data engineering, real-time analytics, and AI-driven insights across business applications.

You will build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Fabric Dataflows, ADF, Databricks, and SQL. Additionally, you will implement Azure Synapse Analytics and Fabric Data Warehouse for enterprise data management.

You will process large datasets using Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric Real-Time Analytics, and Spark. Furthermore, you will design data models and performance tuning for efficient data retrieval and processing.

Developing interactive Power BI dashboards and integrating AI-driven insights from Microsoft Fabric is also a crucial aspect of this role. Lastly, you will ensure data security and compliance with access controls, governance, and industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
  • Microsoft Fabric Azure Data Services: Experience with OneLake, Dataflows, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics, ADF, Synapse Analytics, SQL Database, and Azure Databricks.
  • ETL/ELT Big Data Processing: Expertise in Fabric Pipelines, Data Transformation, Spark, and Delta Lake for large-scale data processing.
  • Programming Scripting: Proficiency in SQL, Python, Scala, and PowerShell for data manipulation and automation.
  • Data Modeling Warehousing: Strong knowledge of Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, normalization, and performance optimization for data models.
  • Visualization Reporting: Expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and integrating Fabric AI-powered insights for decision-making.
  • Security, Governance DevOps: Experience with Microsoft Purview, AAD, RBAC, Data Masking, and exposure to DevOps CI/CD for data solutions.
  • Soft Skills:

  • Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, or Power BI certification (Good To Have)
