Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Specialist to support our digital transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a proven track record of successful migrations to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

As an AEM Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the migration of existing AEM implementations to AEMaaCS, refactoring legacy codebases to align with cloud-native architecture and best practices, configuring and managing AEM environments using Adobe Cloud Manager and DevOps pipelines, and developing and customizing AEM components, templates, Sling Models, and OSGi services.

You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to build responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible interfaces with HTL, JavaScript, and React, create workflows, servlets, and event handlers to automate content processes, integrate AEM with third-party systems using REST APIs, GraphQL, etc., and support AEM Assets configuration, metadata schemas, and folder structures.

The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of HTL (Sightly), Sling, OSGi, and Java-based AEM customizations, experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, and knowledge of DevOps pipelines, Adobe Cloud Manager, and integrations with REST/GraphQL.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven hands-on experience with AEM and AEMaaCS migrations
  • Strong front-end development skills (React/JavaScript)

  • Solid understanding of HTL (Sightly), Sling, OSGi, and Java-based AEM customizations
  • Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, Adobe Cloud Manager, and integrations with REST/GraphQL
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
