Job Opportunity

We seek a diligent Financial Manager to oversee our firm's financial operations, ensuring compliance with US taxation and accounting standards for venture capital funds.

Duties:

  • Fund Accounting: Manage day-to-day fund accounting activities, including maintaining general ledgers, journals, and financial statements for the fund.
  • US Taxation Compliance: Ensure compliance with US taxation laws for venture capital funds, including preparation and filing of tax returns.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management, capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits, providing insights into the financial health of the firm.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all financial transactions, audits, and tax filings.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in financial accounting, fund accounting, or a related role, with a strong understanding of US taxation for venture capital firms.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
