Job Overview

This role is part of our technical support team, where you'll work directly with valued customers to address complex post-sales concerns. Your focus will be on providing expert guidance via phone, email, and web, focusing on Cloud and Network Security technologies.

  • Provide post-sales technical support and configurations to customers
  • Meet enhanced response SLA's for customers who purchase our Platinum Support Offering
  • Handle support cases and use fault isolation and root cause analysis skills to diagnose issues
  • Work directly with ETAC and Engineering to resolve customer issues
Your Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for publishing Technical Support Bulletins and other user documentation in the Knowledge Base, as well as building a positive customer experience by working closely with Development, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Marketing.

Key qualifications include 5+ years of related experience, required experience with TCP/IP, and ability to independently debug broad, complex networks. In-depth experience in routing and switching, security protocols, and prior experience in similar vendor Technical Support Centers are also required.
