Job Description

Clinical Research Manager Role

As a Clinical Research Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end performance and project management of assigned protocols in a country. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, quality standards, and adverse event reporting requirements.

You will serve as the main point of contact (POC) for assigned protocols, linking Country Operations and clinical trial teams.

  • Project manage assigned studies, proactively planning, driving, and tracking execution and performance of deliverables, timelines, and results to meet country commitments.
  • Be accountable for the performance of assigned protocols in a country, in compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, quality standards, and adverse event reporting requirements.
  • Review Monitoring Visits Reports and escalate performance issues and training needs to CRA manager and or functional vendor and internal management as needed.
  • Perform Quality control visits as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Experience:

  • 5-6 years of experience in clinical research, CRA experience preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Science, or comparable.
  • Advanced degree, e.g., Master degree, MD, PhD, preferred.

  • Ability to identify problems, conflicts, and opportunities early and lead, analyse, and prepare mitigation plans and drive conflict resolution.
