• Visual Merchandising: Design and implement attractive store layouts and displays to drive sales.
• Team Leadership: Supervise store staff, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Fiscal Management: Manage store budgets, oversee financial transactions, and ensure budget compliance.
