2D Animator / Motion Graphics Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled 2D animator and motion graphics designer to bring bold ideas to life across various mediums.

The ideal candidate will have experience with animation software such as After Effects and Toon Boom, as well as strong visual design skills using tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging animations that blend live video with graphics.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and animate 2D motion graphics for social content, product explainers, and UI storytelling
  • Collaborate with designers and developers on UI animations, design systems, and interactive prototypes
  • Optimize assets for different platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Develop video concepts with the content and product teams
  • Storyboard and develop animated sequences using traditional techniques or computer-generated imagery

Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing 2D animation and motion graphics skills
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Toon Boom, and other animation software
  • Experience with visual design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  • UI/UX design skills with Figma/Adobe XD, component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
