Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Brand Strategy Director to spearhead our branding and marketing efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects the core values of our founder. Your primary objectives will be to create a unique brand positioning that showcases the artisanal process behind our exquisite handmade rugs, while also driving business growth through targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a branding and marketing roadmap with clear goals, timelines, and targets.
  • Lead communications planning for regional product launches, B2B storytelling, brand activities, promotions, and impact stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to develop branding and communication materials, including flashcards, brochures, mailers, flyers, posters, audio-visuals, movies, documentaries, animations, multimedia presentations, and blog postings.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align branding and marketing initiatives with sales priorities and plans.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on fashion trends, demographics, socio-cultural, and political trends, as well as competitor analysis.
