- Mentor junior designers, promoting growth and high design standards.
- Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints, focusing on clean, intuitive layouts.
- Translate complex ideas into impactful visuals.
- Stay informed about global design trends and apply them where relevant.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising attention to detail or design integrity.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in graphic design, boasting a portfolio that showcases expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
You will work closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to create innovative solutions that align with our brand strategy and tone.
Mentoring and guiding junior designers is also an essential aspect of this role, ensuring they grow while maintaining the highest standards of thoughtful and intentional design.
