Job Title: Senior Analytics Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Manager to lead our analytics efforts and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of advanced analytics models using machine learning and deep learning techniques.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies.
  • Design and implement data pipelines, architectures, and tools to support analytics workloads.
  • Develop and maintain robust analytics platforms using Python, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and other relevant technologies.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deploy and integrate analytics solutions into production environments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and AI.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning.
  • Strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and neural networks.
  • Proficiency in Python and at least one of the Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with NLP libraries (NLTK, SpaCy, and Huggingface transformers).
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI models and their architectures.
  • Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (Azure or AWS).
  • Experience with ASGI frameworks (FastAPI) for exposing solutions as API endpoints.
  • Experience with development tools (Git and version control).
  • Experience deploying solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (Dagster, Airflow, MLFlow, etc.) for building orchestration pipelines and enabling model versioning and tracking.
  • Robust knowledge of statistics, data mining, and hypothesis testing, along with a sound understanding of visualization.
