Job Title: Payroll AdministratorJob Description:

This is a challenging role that requires collaboration with payroll teams to ensure seamless time-to-payroll integration. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payrolls.
  • Act as a liaison between timekeeping and payroll operations across multiple geographies.
  • Deep understanding of how hourly and salaried employees use timesheets in various countries.
  • Knowledge of how timesheets capture both attendance and absence data.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies related to time tracking.
  • Proficient in running system reports to assess time data quality.
  • Identify anomalies such as zero hours, unusually low or high hours, and missing entries.
  • Perform reasonability checks by comparing current data with previous pay periods.
  • Detect and investigate data inconsistencies before payroll processing.
  • Use historical trends to validate time data and flag potential issues.
