Business Development and Sales Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at TITAN CONSULTANCY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the design team to understand technical project requirements and develop techno-commercial solutions.
  • Closing contracts from a technical and commercial perspective.
  • Complete handover of projects and ensure payment collections.
  • Establish and leverage a strong network of stakeholders, including government bodies, sports departments, consultants, contractors, and other relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve overall standards in building standards of swimming pool technology.

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in technical solution selling or project sales.
  • Prior experience in preparing costing and sales quotations.
  • Good understanding of BOQ/Tenders.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Will to travel frequently.
  • Prior experience in Capital Expenditure business, preferably in construction, heavy engineering, or sports, is an advantage.
