We are seeking a seasoned financial accountant to manage our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of financial regulations and controls, as well as experience working with ERP systems.

About the Role

This is a key position that requires a high level of expertise in managing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and providing financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain day-to-day accounts and general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including GST and TDS, and ensure compliance with pharma-specific accounting norms.
  • Manage inventory accounting, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, to ensure accurate valuation and reporting.
  • Assist in monthly closing, prepare MIS reports, and support statutory audits, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in financial management.
  • Work on Zoho Books, Tally, or similar ERP systems to manage financial data and ensure seamless integration with other business processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent, with a professional certification such as CA Inter or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
