Oracle SCM Expertise Required

We are seeking an accomplished Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) professional with expertise in implementing and optimizing Oracle SCM applications across various industry verticals.

This role demands a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA).

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supply Chain Optimization: Designing and developing comprehensive Oracle SCM solutions to drive business efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Customization: Performing technical customizations and integrations using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and APIs to meet unique business requirements.
  • Implementation Support: Providing end-to-end implementation support, including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Data Management: Executing data cleansing, auditing, and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting issues and coordinating with cross-functional teams for resolution.

Requirements:

We require the following skills and qualifications for this role:

  • 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Proven experience in functional configuration and technical customizations (PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms/Reports).
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects (new rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
