Job Title: Creative Visualizer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled creative visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and Adobe InDesign.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for various digital and print mediums. This is a multifaceted role that requires someone who can handle all design requirements across digital, branding, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Branding & Identity: Design logos, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, pitch decks
  • Social Media & Digital: Create creatives for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, story templates)
  • Marketing Collaterals: Develop brochures, catalogues, event creatives, presentations, advertisements
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Produce basic animation, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, transitions
  • Web & UI/UX Support: Design website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, microsites
  • Photography/Editing Support: Retouch images, composite visuals, create visual mockups, 3D mockups (if skilled)
  • Conceptualization: Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with brand strategy
  • Consistency & Innovation: Ensure all design output is on-brand, high-quality, and creatively sharp

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer (agency background preferred)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with Figma / Canva / CorelDraw (as an added advantage)
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
  • Good understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Self-driven, independent, and accountable – since this is a solo role for now
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with strategy, content, and leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of professional design experience (open to exceptional freshers with strong portfolios)
  • Exposure to luxury, jewellery, or lifestyle branding will be an advantage
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
