Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Graphic Designer to develop visually compelling graphics across various mediums, including digital, print, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio showcasing their ability to create engaging designs that align with client goals and enhance brand identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design visually appealing graphics, layouts, and illustrations for digital, print, and social media platforms, including marketing materials such as brochures, posters, social media posts, web banners, and more.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all designs, ensuring that all creative output aligns with the client's brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and other members of the creative team to develop cohesive design concepts and campaigns.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts that meet client objectives.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from the creative team and clients, revising designs as necessary.
  • Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create and refine designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and apply them to enhance your work and the agency's offerings.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing tools is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums.
