About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Subject Matter Expert Manager to lead our team of experts in developing high-quality assessment questions.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the Indian education system.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage quality standards for question development and review in respective domains
  • Manage Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure effective performance and quality
  • Coordinate with SMEs for test development activities, including test designing and item creation
  • Support Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and meeting organizational requirements
  • Analyze exam results, provide reports to senior management, and identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT Syllabus
  • In-depth understanding of the Indian education system and relevant boards
  • Experience in assessment and evaluation, including test designs and question development
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following subjects: Engineering, Mathematics & Physics, Chemistry & Biology
